Kanabec Area Chamber Foundation Business Development Education<\/strong>
\nScholarship Program Application<\/strong><\/p>\n

Privacy Statement:<\/em>
\nAll contents contained will remain confidential between applicant, the Kanabec Area Chamber Foundation (KACF) Board and the Executive Director. Scholarship awards will be made solely at the discretion of the KACF Board of Directors. Application does not guarantee an award of scholarship. The KACF reserves the right to disperse funds at its discretion.<\/p>\n

Applications will be accepted by the Kanabec Area Chamber Foundation between January 1 and July 31 of each year. These will be reviewed for that year\u2019s awards. Notification will be given no later than October 1st<\/sup>.\u00a0 Funds will be distributed after the Foundation receives proof of satisfactory course completion, but no later than July 1st<\/sup> of the following year. Applications will not be accepted for use of funds procured prior to application submission.<\/p>\n

Maximum amount overall distribution: $1,500\/year.<\/p>\n

Upon acceptance of Kanabec Area Chamber Foundation\u2019s Scholarship Award:<\/em>
\n\uf0b7 You may be photographed and articled in the local media.
\n\uf0b7 It is required that you fulfill your scholarship use within one year or forfeit award.
\n\uf0b7 The Kanabec Area Chamber Foundation requires proof of valid driver\u2019s license or legal I.D.
\n\uf0b7 Scholarship funds will be dispersed to recipient once proof of completion and passing grade has been provided and will not be used for costs incurred prior to scholarship acceptance.\u00a0Reimbursement will be in the amount of award only.
\n\uf0b7 Scholarship award is non-transferrable.
\n\uf0b7 You may be asked to speak at the Mora Area Chamber\u2019s Annual Meeting, Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre or other Mora Area Chamber events regarding KACF Scholarship Award Program.<\/p>\n
