Now Taking Business Development Scholarship Applications

The Kanabec Area Chamber Foundation has the privilege to announce that our
2017 Business Development Education Scholarship Program
is now accepting scholarship applications.

Please remember that these scholarships are awarded to
Chamber Members in Good Standing only, for themselves or their employees.

Applications MUST be submitted to the Chamber Office by 4:pm,
Thursday, June 1st, 2017 to be considered.
Scholarships will be determined at our June 22nd board meeting.

Launch Pad – Mora’s Telework Center – GRAND OPENING

Announcing the Grand Opening of


Mora’s first Telework Center located at 16 Lake Street N.

OPEN HOUSE – Tuesday, October 25th, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
RIBBON CUTTING at 3:00 pm with Mayor Jack L’Heureux

Representatives from the Blandin Foundation, the Mora Economic Development Authority, the Kanabec County Economic Development Authority, the Kanabec Broadband Initiative, Pine Technical Community College, and the Mora Area Chamber of Commerce have been invited to be in attendance to speak on behalf of Launch Pad.

Through a generous grant from the Blandin Foundation and assistance along the way from local technologically thinking fellows, the telework center is now available to the public for the use of high speed internet to meet professional and educational needs.

Launch Pad memberships are available:
Daily / One Time Use (by appointment) – $5
Monthly with 24/7 access – $75
Conference Room Only – $25 / day

Staffed hours: Tuesday and Thursday 2:00 – 4:00 pm and by appointment
